It's so nice to see your face. And you are not alone, never, even if we are physically far from you.

There are some great urban fantasy books from Kate Griffin I love. The main character said, I think more than once "too much of too much". I think of this phrase whenever the BS of life is too much... well, of too much, and your video unsurprisingly made me think of it as well.

How wonderful to see your sweet face, Robin! I wish you were in a happier place, though. I don't know what it feels like to be in your shoes, but I do understand the depression; the wanting to curl up in bed and cry; the feeling that somehow you're getting everything wrong, even though you're trying so hard to get it right. I wish I could give you a big hug right now and tell you "you're not alone."

I hope you take Sunday to really relax, think good thoughts, and focus on your health in prep for Monday. Good luck with your surgery, and I will be thinking about you and praying for you to have a speedy recovery.

Thank you, Lori! Surgery went well but it wiped me out emotionally - the working so hard to make it happen and and figuring out all the moving parts with an already tired brain. I needed the last few days to get quiet and come back to myself. I appreciate the kind words, I’m so grateful it’s done. I can see! (And I always welcome virtual hugs.💗)

Thank you for saying that Beáta. My head knows I’m not alone but my heart feels the constant ache of loneliness. That sounds like a book I’d enjoy: “too much of too much” sums it up so well. Will try not to get caught up in the “too muchness” of life and do my best to take it one day at a time.
